Michael G. Harris
A 1978 graduate of Western State Law School, Mr. Harris is highly respected by his peers and has an excellent reputation in the San Diego legal community. Mr. Harris limits his practice to a select group of personal injury practice areas and provides his clients with the highest level of service.

Mr. Harris has achieved an AV rating, the highest possible designation for competency and ethics as recognized by Martindale-Hubbell, a national peer review attorney rating service.

Over the years, Mr. Harris has won numerous verdicts in excess of $500,000, including recent settlements of $2.5 million on a wrongful death claim and $5,000,000 on a brain injury case.

In addition to his busy practice, Mr. Harris is actively involved in many legal organizations. He is past president of the North County Personal Injury Bar. He has also served many years on the Board of Governors of the San Diego Trial Lawyers Association and was a board member of the California Trial Lawyers Association. A recipient of the San Diego Trial Lawyers Association's prestigious Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award, Mr. Harris served as president-elect in 1992 of that organization. Mr. Harris is a published author of legal writings and is a popular guest lecturer who has spoken on legal issues to lawyer groups and other organizations within our community and our country. Over the last several years, Mr. Harris has regularly appeared on the UCSD cable television network to discuss important legal issues affecting the brain injured population.

Mr. Harris is married and resides in North County. His hobbies include hiking, backpacking, skiing, and golf.
